SEA RUN CASE WARRANTY INFORMATION
All SEA RUN ABS Case products (SEA RUN branded cases) are warrantied by International Case Companies (ICC) Limited Lifetime Warranty. SEA RUN case products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for LIFE. This guarantee is voided (as determined by ICC) by misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or alterations of the product and does not cover any normal wear or tear that might occur (including but not limited to exterior scratches, cracks, interior foam, and fabrics). Using your SEA RUN case or SEA RUN case product for any purpose other than transporting or storing your fly rod, reels and gear is considered abuse and may void your warranty.
All warranty claims should be directed to the ICC office. U.S. claims should be sent prepaid and insured. For international claims: call, write, or email ICC’s Warranty Dept. for more information.We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that do not arrive at our facility.ICC reserves the right to the repair or replacement of a product at our discretion. Products that are discontinued and not repairable will be replaced with a gift certificate of the last MSRP or SALE value, as determined by ICC, which can be used for a future purchase.
SEA RUN case locks are all pre-tested and in full working order from the factory. Our locks are TSA accepted and International airline approved. The locks are very precise to the combination that they are set at. So make sure you follow the appropriate instruction either the green instructions included in the case or our website tutorial.In the event, your lock malfunctions and will not open to a combination that you set. DO NOT BREAK THE LOCK. THIS WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY. Most likely the combination is just “one-off” from what you believe it is set at. ICC and SEA RUN is not responsible for damage to your case or locks due to misuse. Please call us at 833.634.7464 for further assistance.
LOCK OPENING SERVICE
ICC offers a lock opening service for our products at a minimum charge of $10.00 (includes shipping). Please follow all proper lock setting procedures seen here. Please call us at 833.634-7464 for further assistance.
EXAMPLES OF NON-WARRANTED ITEMS
Wear and tear, rusted/spotted/stained materials or leathers, broken or bent latches, locks or hinges due to misuse, scratched ABS or Polypropylene, torn, ripped or deteriorated leather, upholstery & foam, fire damage, and fitted ballistic nylon and canvas covers.
ICC will pre-determine the cost of repair or replacement of non-warranted items and communicate the estimated cost to the customer before any work is performed.

Contact our Warranty department via email info[at]searuncases.com. Please tell us what the issue is. We will respond with directions on a warranty repair or replacement. All warranty claims need to be pre-approved by International Case Co.

Before sending your case for replacement, please contact ICC at (833) 634-7464.Once approved, include a brief note inside your package stating what you are returning, the claimed defect, and how it failed. Also, include the package, your name, address, daytime phone number, and email address to reach you in case we have any questions.If the item has sentimental value, please state that in the note. In some cases, items are replaced.
